  • You may purchase commercial rights later if you change your mind.

  • Please always credit me for the design.

When commissioning a character design, please provide:

  • References, mood board, or any images that inspire the design

  • A description of what you’d like (personality, style, colors, details, etc.)

  • Any specific requirements (outfits, accessories, hairstyle, etc.

    This will help me create the design closer to your vision!

Terms Of Service

By commissioning me in any way, you agree to this TOS.
By ordering NSFW content, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • I do NOT allow any use of my art without prior permission.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI training / NFT or anything similar.

  • Please do NOT upload my work to any AI platforms or repost without giving proper credit.

1. General

  1. Full prepayment is required via Lava.Top (supports cards & PayPal)

  2. No refunds. The only exceptions are if you accidentally sent a payment twice, or if I personally cancel the commission for any reason.

  3. If lineart hasn't started yet, you're welcome to send updated references or design changes.

  4. If I haven’t started your commission yet, you may switch to a different character.

  5. You may request WIP (work-in-progress) updates at any stage.

  6. You get 5 free changes during the process. From the 6th change onward, a fee applies, starting at 10 USD per revision.

  7. Once the artwork is complete, minor changes (like color tweaks or small details/fixes) are free of charge.

  8. You will receive a high-resolution PNG file with my signature. If needed, you can also request a transparent background version.

  9. As for animations—you will receive a 1080p Full HD MP4 and a GIF file.
    Please note: GIFs may be lower in quality or have altered colors due to file limitations. They might also lag when viewed in browsers.

  10. I do not offer edits after the animation is complete.

2. Payment plans

  1. Available for commissions over 200 USD.

  2. A down payment of 100–150 USD is required within 24–48 hours.

  3. Plans can extend up to 2 months if the total is over 300 USD.

  4. The final artwork will be delivered after full payment is completed.

  5. Need more time? Just message me—we can work something out.
    But if you ignore payment reminders more than twice or fail to complete payments, you’ll be blacklisted.
    In that case, you'll receive your commission in its current unfinished state, and the project will be closed.

3. Rights I reserve

  1. I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork unless full rights (buyout) are purchased.

  2. I reserve the right to share commissioned pieces (including commercial ones) in my portfolio, galleries, or social media for self-promotion purposes, unless privacy is requested.

  3. I may share parts of the drawing process (e.g. WIPs, cropped previews, timelapses, etc.) as examples of my workflow, unless privacy is requested.

  4. I retain the right to modify and resell rejected sketches or unused concepts (without any unique character details) as pre-posed options for future commissions.

  5. You retain ownership of your original character(s) — I do not claim rights to your OCs or IP.

    If you'd like your commission to remain completely private (including WIPs or previews), please refer to the NDA / Privacy Options section below.

4. Privacy options / Posting delay / NDA

  • Standard delay – I will wait up to 1 month before posting your commission (e.g. until your debut or a special reveal).
    No extra charge, just let me know the date or occasion.

  • Extended delay / Soft NDA – I will keep the artwork private for a longer period (1–3+ months), but I may post it eventually.
    +15–25% depending on the time.

  • Full NDA / Permanent Privacy – I will never post the artwork anywhere. Not on socials, not in my portfolio.
    +70%–100% fee applies depending on complexity and total value of the commission.
    This option is for clients who want to keep their artwork permanently private (for example, post-debut or personal use only).

5. Usage and reposting

  1. The final piece will include my signature or watermark—please don’t remove or edit it.

  2. You may not claim, edit, trace, copy, or otherwise alter my artwork.

  3. Usage for any external projects (commercial or not) must be discussed and approved beforehand.

  4. You’re welcome to repost your commission as long as you credit me clearly as the artist.

6. Commercial use

What counts as commercial use?
Anything that will help generate income:

You can use the artwork for non-commercial, personal purposes only:

● Using it as a profile picture or banner (non-monetized accounts)
● Printing it for yourself (stickers, posters, etc. — not for sale)
● Sharing it online with credit to the artist
● Setting it as a phone or desktop background

Basically: it's okay if you're not making money off it.		PRICE: 2x the final base price of the commission

Any use of the artwork that involves monetary gain, business promotion, or brand association:

● Using the art on monetized YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Ko-fi, etc.
● As part of a business logo, book cover, or game asset
● Advertising, promotional materials, or branding
● Artwork for VTuber/streamer branding or monetized use (e.g. banners, overlays, emotes, etc.)		PRICE: Flat merch license +300-400 USD for merch use (covers up to 1000 prints, no royalties)

If you plan to use the artwork on physical products or digital goods for resale:

● Selling t-shirts, keychains, prints, stickers, etc. featuring the art
● Including the art in paid packs, assets, or bundles
● Using the design for repeated manufacturing or large-scale sales

Merchandising rights are not included unless negotiated separately.		I do not offer full buyouts or complete transfer of copyright.

A buyout means you’re purchasing full rights to the artwork.

● Use the art however you want, with no future limitations
● Edit, resell, reproduce, or distribute it freely
● Remove the artist’s name (unless otherwise agreed)

This is the highest tier of licensing and comes at a significantly higher cost.
Artist no longer retains rights to the artwork unless stated otherwise.
